With each MLADU monthly subscription, you receive a set number of user roles designed to give your organization secure, compliant, and efficient control over data transfers. User roles are a cornerstone of MLADU’s platform, ensuring granular access management, protecting sensitive information, and simplifying oversight of system configurations.
Every subscription plan includes a default allocation of user roles, giving you the ability to assign responsibilities across your team for data security, compliance management, and product administration.
Add More Roles As You Grow
We know every organization has unique requirements. That’s why MLADU gives you the flexibility to purchase additional user roles on a pay-as-you-go basis. Whether you need more roles for data stewardship, compliance oversight, or advanced product management, MLADU ensures you only pay for what you need.
All pricing is billed per calendar month. To keep costs predictable and straightforward, there is no pro-rating. Additional user roles are charged upfront at a low monthly fee.

User Role Limits
While MLADU is built for scale, there is an absolute limit to ensure a consistent quality user. There is a maximum of 300 users per MLADU account.
