Read Only Default access. The perfect role for those who simply need to stay informed. Provides secure, view-only access to limited, essential information within the MLADU user portal.
Reporting User Designed for organizations that have separate audit or compliance functions. View analytics on data transfers, users, data stations, and data sets.
Financial User Designed for budget-conscious users and large organizations. View detailed account and billing information, and conveniently update subscription plans or payment details directly in the portal.
Transfer User Go beyond viewing. Gain extended access with the ability to request new data transfers and manage (delete) your own transfers with ease. This role has no financial data access and limited reporting access.
Transfer Approver Ideal for managers and decision-makers. Includes all General User capabilities, plus the authority to approve or decline transfer requests when approvals are part of your workflow.
Workflow Admin Keep your data transfers efficient, compliant, and cost-effective. Configure and manage workflows to meet your organization’s operational and regulatory needs.
Technical Admin Control the technical foundation. Manage user permissions (IAM), fine-tune security settings, and configure data integrations to ensure seamless operations.
Data Owner Configure and control the data sets for an organization. Manage whether data sets are publicly available or just for organizational internal use.
Portal Admin Full command of the MLADU experience. Access and manage every feature, setting, and capability within the user portal.
