Subscription Terms
For Monthly Plans:
- 4-month minimum commitment required on all monthly plans
- Initial payment covers first 4 months (billed upfront, non-prorated)
- Month-to-month flexibility after 4 months
- Cancel anytime post-commitment without penalties or friction
- Billed monthly, every month, no prorating
For Yearly Plans:
- 6-month initial term required on all yearly subscriptions
- Pay upfront to unlock discounted pricing
- No prorating. Pricing is simple and predictable
- Add-ons & usage overage charges billed monthly
- Subscription payments will be in 6-month increments after the initial term
- Loyalty bonus: free months added at the end of your subscription period
- Free months apply to the monthly subscription fee and data transfer allotment only (added post-term)
- Transparent, scheduled billing you can budget around
For Two Year Plans:
- 8-month initial term required on all two year subscriptions
- Pay upfront to unlock discounted pricing
- No prorating. Pricing is simple and predictable

Renewals:
- Auto-renews by default for uninterrupted service
- Cancel 30+ days before term ends to opt out of renewal. Renewal stops only when you tell us in advance
- Continuous coverage unless canceled 30 days prior to subscription end
