MLADU Privacy Policy

1.0 Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Dantech Corporation ("Dantech," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our MLADU service ("MLADU" or the "Service").

This Policy applies to all users of MLADU, including customers, their authorized users, and individuals whose personal information may be processed through the Service. By using MLADU, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Corporate billing name, email, phone number, and mailing address

  • Data transfer data details

(c) Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as:

  • Allow or block lists of IP addresses
  • Corporate identity integration details (if applicable)
  • Audit logs and usage information

(d) Professional or employment-related information, such as:

  • Application role
  • Corporate affiliation

3.2 Sources of Personal Information

We collect Personal Information directly from you when you:

  • Register for the Service
  • Use the Service
  • Communicate with us or our concierge team
  • Provide information about data transfer partners or integration details

We may also collect Personal Information from third parties, such as your employer if they are our customer.

4.0 Use Of Personal Information

We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service, including facilitating data transfers
  • To personalize your experience and manage your dedicated portal

5.1 Data Transfer Processes

MLADU facilitates secure data transfers between multiple platforms. Our processes include:

  • Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard protocols (e.g., TLS 1.3, AES-256)
  • Verification of source and destination endpoints through multi-factor authentication
  • Automated checks to ensure data integrity during transfer, including checksums and digital signatures

  • Real-time monitoring of transfer status with automatic retry mechanisms for failed transfers

5.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information, including:

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • Providing the MLADU service to you or your organization
  • Complying with legal, tax, or accounting requirements
  • Resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements

Specific retention periods include:

  • Account information: Retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for a period of up to 12 months after account closure
  • Transaction data: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Audit logs and usage information: Retained for 18 months to support security investigations and service improvements
  • Communication records: Retained for 3 years from the date of last communication

We regularly review our retention periods to ensure they are in line with legal requirements and business needs. When Personal Information is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information. These may include:

10.0 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This section provides additional information about those rights and how to exercise them.

10.1 Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

  • The categories of Personal Information we collected about you
  • The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that Personal Information
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information
  • The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you

10.2 Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

10.3 Right to Opt-Out of Sale

We do not sell Personal Information as defined by the CCPA. However, if you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your Personal Information at any time.

10.4 Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

MLADU is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about a child, please contact us as described in the "Contact Us" section below.

12.0 Subprocessors And Data Processing Agreements

12.1 Subprocessors

We may engage Subprocessors to assist in providing the MLADU service. We maintain a list of our current Subprocessors, which is available upon request. Before engaging any new Subprocessor, we conduct due diligence to ensure they can provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of Personal Information.

We require all Subprocessors to:

  • Process Personal Information only in accordance with our instructions
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information
  • Assist us in fulfilling our obligations under applicable data protection laws
